The amenities, like outdoor games and gathering spaces, were fantastic. The front desk staff excelled in professionalism and accommodation.

The front desk staff were very professional and accommodating during our two-night stay. The layout of the hotel provided great access to outdoor games and gathering spaces. However, the $20 daily coffee charge seemed excessive. While the location was central, it didn't feel particularly walkable for exploring the area thoroughly.

The hotel has a central location that makes it convenient for exploring Napa Valley. The pool area was truly a hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and provided a serene escape that we enjoyed immensely. However, the air conditioning in the room was quite loud and disruptive during the night, which was a drawback for our family's sleep quality. Overall, it was a decent place to stay while visiting the nearby attractions, but I would consider other options for a more comfortable experience.

Our stay was lovely, especially enjoying the spacious room with a cozy chaise lounge and delightful nightly wine tastings in the lobby. The outdoor swimming pool and beautiful garden area were perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Just a heads up, parking got a bit tricky at night, but it didn't ruin our experience! 🍷

missingWrote a review on Jul 03comfortable roomsgreat breakfastfriendly bellmanoutdated facilitiescleaning neededpoor restaurant service
I really enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the amenities offered. The morning yoga sessions were refreshing, and the complimentary wine tastings in the evenings added a nice touch to our stay. Shedrick, the bellman, was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms, while comfortable, showed signs of needing some updates. The bathroom door was particularly heavy, making it a bit cumbersome to use. Additionally, the pool area was nice but could use some extra cleaning. The restaurant had a great breakfast selection, but options for dinner felt limited, especially after long days of wine tasting. I also found the parking situation challenging in the evenings. Despite these quirks, the location was convenient for accessing wineries and downtown Napa. I liked how we could easily walk to shops and eateries nearby, which made everything hassle-free. But I do think the customer service at the restaurant could be improved since our server seemed a bit disinterested at times. In summary, the overall atmosphere and service were great, but the hotel felt like it needed a bit more attention in certain areas. I'd return for the experiences but hope for improvements next time.
